DIVERSITY: CFO GLOBAL
Audentia Research was asked to support major global e-commerce business with a global talent pipelining campaign that was designed to identify female talent within the CFO job family and within a particular industry segment. Our client retained a team of 3 expert consultants. Each consultant knew their own market intimately and supported the project for a period of 6 months.
Our role was to initially map the market and upon review of our data, we moved to the second phase of our service, which involved an active engagement with the candidates. The aim was to assess their interest in our client’s brand, their motivations, time frames, and mobility to potentially relocate. For relevant candidates, we also set them up to receive regular employer branding information and updates directly from our client.
In addition to utilizing classic search methodologies in order to find female candidates in a specific market segment, we also focused our recruiting efforts on places where women are easily reached. We researched relevant women’s organizations, networks, and women’s employment websites.
By working closely with our client to produce the correct messaging to target female candidates, as well as providing regular updates and market feedback, Audentia Research was able to meet our client’s requirements and build a solid talent pool of over 200 candidates. These women were interested in engaging with our client at the time of the search and continuing their engagement after the search was completed.

We had a small pool of female talent we regularly engaged with across key functions, which we tapped into for referrals, industry insight, and sourcing around the best outreach approach into this particular technology industry segment.
Since diversity-focused campaigns are such a large part of our business with approximately 65% of projects having a gender or ethnicity focus, we were able to utilize our significant experience to capture leading women in the industry.
